The following list is to be considered when choosing a location.
Applicable LLLC Policies
LLLC Leaders are not permitted to ask about the vaccine status of any other Leader, attendee or any other person with whom we work.
LLLC Leaders will read and understand the policies: LLLC Confidentiality, Healthcare Student and Professional Guests at LLLC Meetings, and LLLC Code of Conduct, section 6.2.

LLLC Confidentiality Policy
A Leader shall keep confidential the medical and personal identifying information of the mothers, children and families with whom they work, unless otherwise required by law, or where the reporting of a danger to an adult or child is specifically required by law. (June 2022)

LLLC Healthcare Student and Professional Guests at LLLC Meetings Policy
Leaders may choose to permit guests at Group meetings. Guests are required to contact the Leader prior to the meeting to obtain permission to attend. Once contacted, Leaders will send the guest the link to the “Healthcare Student and Professional Guest Application” on the website. Guests will be required to pay a $20/meeting fee at the end of the online application. The Leader will also send the guest the “Meeting Information for Healthcare Student and Professional Guests” found on the website.

"LLLC Leaders, LLLC volunteers, LLLC Directors, and LLLC staff keep medical or other sensitive personal information confidential unless permission has been granted. This includes but is not limited to in-person interactions, electronic communications, and written documentation.”

LLLC Leaders may decide between a printed Sign-In Sheet or to create their own Google Form (using their lllc.ca email address)
