In-Person Meeting Safety Information:
“Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at an LLLC meeting. LLLC is committed to following local and provincial (or territorial) guidelines for gatherings. We ask that anyone who does not feel comfortable with the safety guidelines stated by the local and provincial governments and in the LLLC policies that apply to in-person gatherings please refrain from attending an in-person meeting and instead access one of our many virtual options. The LLLC privacy statement: “To respect the privacy of all people in attendance, we will not ask about vaccination status at any point in our meeting. However, we understand that you may have questions about vaccinations as they relate to breastfeeding/human milk. LLLC Leaders are volunteers and not vaccine experts, so we encourage you to check out the resources available from leading public health agencies on our website.
